People are gambling on which "Game of Thrones" character will die next — here's who's in the lead

All (cheesy) jokes aside, let’s get serious for a moment. Every fan of HBO’s GoT know that at any given moment, any beloved character could die. While we were miraculously saved at the beginning of this season from saying a forever farewell to the beloved Jon Snow (thank you again, Melisandre), there’s no doubt that the bloodshed is most definitely not over yet.

In the past several years, we’ve lost someone huge at or towards the end of the season. And with next week’s “Battle of the Bastards” episode, people everywhere are preparing themselves for another major character loss (maybe even a few).  In fact, people are so prepared for it, they’re even placing bets on who will be the next to fall. The Irish betting site BoyleSports has actually set up a special place where you can place bets on the pending demise of certain characters. They’ve even set odds for each character based on the show’s current events.

The honor of the highest odds of dying in the next episode goes to everybody’s least favorite character: Ramsay Bolton. With the episode focusing on the showdown between him and Jon Snow, it’s almost guaranteed one of them will be killed before the episode is over. While Ramsay may have the forces, Jon has like literally everything else going for him so hopefully those odds hold true.
